Is Outfame legit?
The site is live and publishes its first-month prices, refund rule and password statement openly. Delivery is not provable from a pricing page, and the 30-day refund window is the main safeguard it states.
An alternative
UpGrow ranks first on this site: $49 for the first month on Basic, a username-only connection, a 1-day free trial of its dashboard and a full monthly refund if there is no net-positive growth after the first 7 days.
What to check before starting
Read the refund line first: the full refund applies if there is no net growth in 30 days, so keep a record of your follower count on day one. Also note that the three prices are first-month monthly prices, and that the top plan, Glory, is the one described as fully managed with a dedicated account manager. Confirm the total at checkout.
